Using themelasa.com means you accept these terms. The site shows the MELASA range and sends you to buy from our retail partner, so the terms are short.

Prices, figures and ratings

Prices, colors, pack counts, light figures and star ratings come from our last catalog update. A price can move between that update and your visit, and the one shown at checkout is the one you pay. A color or pack that stops being offered leaves this site at the next update.

Orders, payment and returns

Nothing is ordered on this site, and we never see card details. Payment, delivery and returns are handled at checkout with our retail partner, not on this site. Their terms cover the sale, delivery and any return.

Using what we sell

Our guides cite OSHA, NIOSH, NHTSA and other public sources on eye protection, head protection, cold, heat and being seen at night. They are general information. Your employer's safety rules, the label inside your hard hat and the instructions that come with each item decide how it is used. Side shields add cover to everyday glasses and are not safety eyewear, and our beanies, reflective or not, are not high-visibility garments.
