For riders, construction crews, cyclists, hikers and anyone who sweats under a helmet. It is sold for wear under a bike helmet, motorcycle helmet or hard hat, so check with your helmet's maker first. In summer it handles sweat, not the heat itself, so keep up the water and shade breaks. It carries no sun rating.
About this style
A do-rag with a double sweatband and a strap you set yourself

Elastic caps fit everyone a little loose or a little tight. A do-rag lets you choose. This one has an adjustable strap at the back, so you set the tension once for your head and your helmet, and a double-layer band across your forehead that grips firmly and does not slide.
That band is also where the sweat goes. Two layers of fabric soak up and wick moisture before it runs into your eyes, which is the reason to wear one under a construction helmet or a motorcycle helmet in summer. The body is a soft micromesh that breathes and dries quickly, and nothing in it rubs your scalp. We make it in 10 options, from plain Black and Blue to Black Paisley and Digital Camo Gray.
The cooling skull caps shelf holds 10 more styles beside the Cooling Do-Rag, and every one belongs to the MELASA selection.
Adjustable back strap
Set how snug it sits, a little looser on a bare head and closer under a helmet.
Double-layer sweatband
The front band is two layers thick, so it holds more sweat and keeps it out of your eyes.
Micromesh body
Light, breathable and quick drying, with nothing stiff to press under a helmet shell.
Works on its own
Without a helmet it keeps sweat and dust off your hair on a hike or in the gym.
In the heat
A mesh cap soaks up sweat before it reaches your eyes, and that is all we claim for it. Heat illness guidance asks for water, rest and shade, and for time to get used to hot work. A cap that sits under a hard hat should fit the maker's rules for that hard hat.
